ThatWebHostingGuy provides static website hosting services, including but not limited to:
- Static file hosting and deployment
- Custom domain support with SSL certificates
- CLI and API access for deployments
- Analytics and monitoring tools

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Host illegal content or engage in illegal activities
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Send spam or engage in phishing
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Host content that promotes violence or hate
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a license to host and serve your content.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThatWebHostingGuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
